For Phil, landscape design is both a professional foundation and a lifelong passion. With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree and more than 30 years of experience across landscape design, planning, development, and construction management, he brings creativity, practical insight, and experienced oversight to every project.

A Hingham resident for more than 30 years, Phil founded Arbor & Stone to help South Shore homeowners create outdoor environments that feel personal, cohesive, and naturally connected to their homes.
